Isabelle was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998 and is a member of the Corporate team. Her practice covers corporate law, for day-to-day matters as well as specific operations and encompasses private M&A including LBO transactions. She has extensive experience in handling complex international or domestic projects for French and international clients from a variety of different sectors.
