Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Duygu is a member of Funds & Financial Services team. She focuses her practice on asset management and financial regulatory matters. She advises clients on the creation, structuring and marketing of investment funds.

Her practice also covers regulatory issues related to the provision of financial services in France, the creation of portfolio and investment companies. As such, she regularly represents financial entities before the regulatory authorities on all matters in connection with financial regulations, or within the framework of creation and monitoring of regulated entities.
