Antony is a renowned professional, whose practice focuses on the judicial and extra-judicial settlement (mediation, conciliation and arbitration) of disputes arising in connection with the negotiation, implementation or termination of commercial or real estate transactions, or in the context of national or transnational mergers and acquisitions.

A member of the Paris and New York Bars, he has acquired solid experience in managing complex proceedings pending before a number of jurisdictions, including Anglo-Saxon jurisdictions. He also advises a number of major private equity players on the handling of conflicts and crises arising from their investments in French companies in difficulty. As counsel to one of the major players in the audiovisual broadcasting of international sporting events, he is particularly experienced in negotiating contracts for the acquisition and production of audiovisual exploitation rights and in handling difficulties arising during the performance of these contracts.

A fervent advocate of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), Antony is a certified mediator with the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution (London UK, www.cedr.com) and teaches contract strategy at Sciences Po Paris. He is also one of the directors of the Association Française en Faveur de l'Institution Consulaire (AFFIC), within which he has set up a scientific committee to consider the reform of the law of obligations.
